This blog is divided up into two parts. I will start with my birthday party with my friends and than will go on to my week of vacation.
A few of my friends and I went to my grandparent's lake property and all of us got burnt hanging out on the water trampoline.
And how can I have a party without my favorite food, CHEESECAKE! 
Austin, the guy in the middle of this picture drank over 23 mountain dews that day!!!
Shortly after my birthday party we went to Cannon beach for a week.
Cannon Beach is known for its Haystack rock. That is just off of the shore. 
There was a sand sculpting contest there and what do you think we made? A grave site with the name of one of the judges on it. 
We also played a whole lot of pool and shuffle board. 
Than we went on a hike that overlooked the ocean.
Than we went from there to the church retreat for Labor Day weekend.

There were some great baptisms as well. 
All together this made a great way to close up the summer!!!
